Writing the mission statement to demonstrate common understanding and acceptance.

Everyone votes for one priority for the business and one vested interest.

Review and discuss. How many priorities are there? Do we have capacity for more. Does this fit our mission statement?

The final cut: what is the end product? Who will go home tonight and regret the decisions made?

An exercise in being in the future and living with the list.

Celebration (words, afternoon tea?)

Realising Creativity

Patrick has written a book on the moments he has been able to identify as that of high-level creativity. Each of those moments were captured and lead to enormously successful projects including theatrical productions, exhibition designs, a major installation for the Melbourne Commonwealth Games and various museum exhibitions. This workshop explore the process of making one aware of the creative moments and the need for self-belief.

Workshops include story-telling, exercises in invention and belief and acknowledging one’s ability.

Activities include all group mindfulness, icebreakers, introductions, group tasks and individual tasks and voluntary presentations.

Programs can be 90 minutes, all day or 2 days.
